This is what came in the miscarriage kits:

Here's the breakdown of how many kits:

15-18 weeks Sages Swaddles - 2
15-18 weeks buntings -- 13
18 - 23 weeks -- 14
24-30 weeks -- 6
30-36 weeks -- 6
36+ weeks -- 6

Miscarriage Kits -- 20

(some kits did miss getting their photo done)

Now on the fun stuff...these are kits that have a donated blanket made from the 15 inch blanket project!

Thank you to Danita for all he help in making MANY parts of this. Not only did she help get it the post office, but she helped from the start with making outfits and wraps, blankets and diapers. She also helped package majority of the kits.

THANK YOU DANITA!

Jace's Blanket - 15 inch Blanket Pattern

I won't lie this one gave me trouble. I made the original and liked it, but I couldn't replicate it for some reason. (I make the blankets THEN write the pattern). So I had to rework it MANY times. I FINALLY got something that turns out beautiful! I love the bobbles (little balls). Especially since this was for a boy... I mean all little boys like to play with balls right :) There are so many ways you can switch up the colors too (see photos after the pattern).

Here are some great variations to try!

On the above I picked out a variegated yarn and then found three solids to match it. Using one color for the "*" rows and then alternating between the other two solids.

This one I put the color around the bobble rows, but kept the double crochet color change row the same.

March for Babies Walk!

Another year in the books. It was a COLD and WINDY day but the March for Babies walk happens rain or shine! I'm happy for the no rain part :)

Special thanks for those who came willing to facepaint! Dylan became a one man show but there wasn't too many faces willing to be painted with the cold temperatures.

Danita as always is a huge help. She sat with me a few days taking care of making ornaments and stuffing envelopes :) Here's the ornaments soon after they were painted. Every person who placed a butterfly in the garden that represented a loss got a matching heart with foot butterfly painted on it :) They had ribbons attached to them so they could be used as ornaments or wall decorations :)

Here's the beautiful butterfly garden!

This year was smaller than most years I'm sure it was due to the cold, but it always is a fun time just talking to other angel moms and joining together in such a great event! THANK YOU so much to everyone that came!

New Blanket Project!

Remember the 15 inch blankets that I made patterns from :) My dear friend Danita would like to do something similar. She is all about colors too...so she has it wide open in terms of what colors you would like. Blanket sizes will vary.

Here's a blanket she did for Sage :)

Did you sign up last time? No problem you can do it again!

Donation Sent! - Angel Blankets - 36 wraps & diaper sets

I sent out these pretty Lay Me Down wraps and diaper sets to a great organization that works with hospitals across the state. Angel Blankets is a wonderful organization that sends out blankets to bereaved parents of little babies. It's all done in memory of her special little girl Landyn. You can help, request or just stop in to say hi here's her webpage link:

This donation came with alot of help from a dear friend of mine. Without Danita's help I think I would still be sewing. She spent days sewing, trimming and turning with me to get this done along with another hospital donation that I will be happening soon. Thank you Danita!
Now on to the pretty sets we sent!

24-30 weeks

18-23 weeks

14-18 weeks
Each photos shows only 10, I tossed in two more of each size when I discovered I had some extra and because she's been waiting for so long! Sorry!
